Returns
Return Window: Items eligible for return must be shipped back within 48 hours of delivery.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers labor, fabric, and processing costs.
Eligibility: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Cancellations
Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are fully refundable.
After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 25% restocking fee due to materials already allocated or tailoring commenced.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized Orders: Tailored garments (including body-fit kaftans and custom measurements) are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase.
Clearance & Sale Items: Items marked as “Clearance” or part of promotional sales are final sale and non-refundable.
Processing Time & Shipping
Order Timelines: Shipping time may depend on your location and logistics company. Our average delivery time is within 24-72 hours after confirmation of order.
Shipping Responsibility: While we partner with reliable couriers like DHL Express, Nedsika is not liable for shipping delays, damages, or lost items once dispatched.
